World heaviest woman (500KG) to have weight reduction surgery in India

A 36-year-old Egyptian woman, Eman Ahmed Abd El Aty, who is believed to be the heaviest woman in the world is one her way to India, to have weight reduction surgery. Ms Abd El Aty, who weight half a tonne (500kg or 1,102lb) will be flown on a chartered plane to Mumbai, where bariatric surgeon Dr Muffazal Lakdawala plans to operate on her.
