Warning signs of heart attack
Although some heart attacks are sudden and intense, most start slowly, with mild pain or discomfort. Pay attention to your body and call your doctor if you feel any of the following
- Chest discomfort
- Pain in the arms, back, neck, jaw or stomach
- Sweating and shortness of breath
- Lightheadedness, nausea or vomiting
- Unusual fatigue
The sooner you receive treatments, the more effective the drugs are and the less damage to your heart. Be healthy!
